Elevator washing machine (hopper elevator) is widely used in various processing solutions, provides simple and hygienic product transportation. A variable speed belt lifts the product to the required height and transports it to the next stage of processing.
The product is conveyed to the storage tank by means of tipping equipment – cubotainers dumper/tipper.
The volume of the tank, the dimensions of the lifting belt, the length of the horizontal section and inclined section, the angle of inclination and other parameters are manufactured according to the customer’s parameters.
Additionally, the hopper can be equipped with an outlet strangling device, an airlock to prevent fish from getting under the elevator, flaps for cleaning and draining, water level control, a hatch for cleaning and maintenance, an ice catcher or air knives.
