Sorting machine is designed for sorting pelagic fish: mackerel, herring, whiting.
Fish sorting is made by changing the size of the sorting slot between the shafts depending on the type of raw material. Regulators are installed at each end of the machine.
During processing, the fish slowly moves along the rotating shafts of the sorting conveyor line. When the width of the fish matches the width of the gap between the rollers, the fish falls through. Small and medium sized fish fall through the gap between the rollers andfall onto the diverting conveyorgoing to the Fish Milling Machine (FMM) for processing. Larger fish are directed to the exit of the machine and transferred to a conveyor for further processing.
It is possible to adjust the angle of inclination, which makes it possible to adjust the feeding of fish to the sorting device with the highest possible constant speed. The best machine angle is determined experimentally for each type of fish.
The feeding speed of different fish varieties is adjusted by means of a water flushing system. The volume of water supplied is adjusted in such a way that a water film is created over the entire length of the roll. This minimizes possible contact between the fish and the rollers.

The client needed to manufacture conveyor and process equipment for a production line for product processing on a fish trawler within a tight deadline. The main difficulty of the project was the production of equipment for sorting pelagic fish. The European supplier that previously supplied it left our market, and many Russian enterprises had no experience in creating an analog of an imported sorter.
The customer received the equipment for the process line in full accordance with his needs and objectives within the established timeframe. A large Russian manufacturer of confectionery products approached us with an order to design and manufacture a line for feeding chocolate bars to wrapping machines.
A line for feeding, distributing and packaging chocolate bars has been installed at the Customer's plant. After cooling down to the set temperature, the product is fed to the Gorka conveyor (P.1) to bypass the installed equipment at the customer's site, after which it gets to the group of belt intromats. for distribution to the wrapping machines. It is possible to automatically redirect the product flow to the machines, depending on their filling or to divert them to the buffer conveyor of the accumulator.
The client needed to develop equipment for efficient defrosting of herring fish blocks and herring fillets. The task was to create a system that would ensure uniform defrosting of the product as a result of water and air circulation. Foreign suppliers who manufacture defrosters have either left our market or the cost of delivery has increased many times.
The supplied equipment allowed the client to significantly improve the efficiency of the fish defrosting process, reducing time costs. The client emphasized the high quality of the end product - herring and herring fillets, and also noted that our equipment is not only comparable to imported defrosters, but also exceeds them in a number of parameters.
