How we helped a customer to complete a process line with an L-shaped conveyor belt

Task

One of the biggest players in the food industry, who recently opened a new fish processing business, needed to complete an existing production line with conveyor equipment consisting of four different items. In this case study we will talk about one of them, namely the L-shaped conveyor with modular belt.

Confectionery production line

Task

A large Russian manufacturer of confectionery products approached us with an order to design and manufacture a line for feeding chocolate bars to wrapping machines.

Result

A line for feeding, distributing and packaging chocolate bars has been installed at the Customer's plant. After cooling down to the set temperature, the product is fed to the Gorka conveyor (P.1) to bypass the installed equipment at the customer's site, after which it gets to the group of belt intromats. for distribution to the wrapping machines. It is possible to automatically redirect the product flow to the machines, depending on their filling or to divert them to the buffer conveyor of the accumulator.

Import substitution of bubbler-type water defroster

Task

The client needed to develop equipment for efficient defrosting of herring fish blocks and herring fillets. The task was to create a system that would ensure uniform defrosting of the product as a result of water and air circulation. Foreign suppliers who manufacture defrosters have either left our market or the cost of delivery has increased many times.

Result

The supplied equipment allowed the client to significantly improve the efficiency of the fish defrosting process, reducing time costs. The client emphasized the high quality of the end product - herring and herring fillets, and also noted that our equipment is not only comparable to imported defrosters, but also exceeds them in a number of parameters.

Conveyor lines for ice cream production

Task

An ice cream manufacturer needed to equip two new ice cream production facilities with modern conveyor lines for packaging and transportation of products to the freezer warehouse.

Result

The customer received the conveyor system on time, which ensured a stable and efficient production process. This is a step towards improving overall quality standards and production efficiency. A total of 73 units of conveyor equipment were manufactured and 1 km of slat chain was installed, which shows the scale of the realized project.

Task

The customer required a belt conveyor to transport mineral boards on a packaging line.

The SPBelt solution significantly reduces conveyor maintenance time, including quick belt replacement, thanks to the unique roller system locking system. The conveyor belt runs smoothly and quietly even at high speeds. Curved conveyors have a wide range of possibilities for in-process transportation of packed and unpacked piece goods and are actively used in logistics and distribution centers, on packing lines and other spheres. KS SPBelt manufactures curved conveyors with rotation angle of 45°, 90°, 135° and 180° and weight load up to 150 kg.

Divider for dividing the cut threads of corrugated boxes

Task

The customer needed to produce an analog of a foreign conveyor for dividing corrugated box cutting streams. It was necessary to provide for the possibility of changing the product entry point and a fixed exit point for centering the product on the production line.

Result

The Divider from KS SPBelt is characterized by high quality of materials and assembly. The customer can be sure that at any time he will promptly receive spare modules and other components in case of need. Before shipment, the operation of the Divider was demonstrated to the customer at our production facility.

Conveyor for receiving and displaying slice meat products

Task

In our practice we often encounter a situation when the Customer has neither drawings nor TOR, but only a video of the equipment, the analog of which should be manufactured, and the desired performance. This time the Customer needed to produce a conveyor for receiving and laying out on a metal grid slice of meat products after the slicing area.

Result

A meat slice laying line was integrated into the production line at the Client's facility. The new equipment ensured minimization of manual labor and increased productivity in this area.
