Task
A large Russian manufacturer of confectionery products approached us with an order to design and manufacture a line for feeding chocolate bars to wrapping machines.
Solution
Within the framework of the project realization the following set of works was performed:
- development of technical solution taking into account the customer's existing equipment.
- 3D modeling and engineering calculations.
- production of conveyor equipment.
- installation and commissioning of the technological line.
Result
A line for feeding, distributing and packaging chocolate bars has been installed at the Customer's plant.
After cooling down to the set temperature, the product is fed to the Gorka conveyor (P.1) to bypass the installed equipment at the customer's site, after which it gets to the group of belt intromats.
for distribution to the wrapping machines.
It is possible to automatically redirect the product flow to the machines,
depending on their filling or to divert them to the buffer conveyor of the accumulator.
