Task

The client needed to automate the system for feeding goods to the sorting line to get away from manual labor. To do this, we needed to develop a project to automate the work process and produce the appropriate conveyor equipment.

Solution

We manufactured 5 inclined belt conveyors for conveying products to the sorting line according to our design and carried out the installation work. As the goods to be conveyed are not foodstuffs, we made the frames from powder-coated structural steel.

We installed Yaroslavl belts on the conveyors. They are often used to move goods at high speeds because they are resistant to mechanical damage and their working surface structure provides the necessary coefficient of friction with the goods being moved.

We have installed Suzdal belts with Super Grip structure on our hoist conveyors. This structure helps to increase the belt's grip on the product surface.

Result

The customer received the conveyor equipment in due time, which allowed him to get rid of manual labor in the area of goods feeding to the sorting line and accelerate the process of work.
