Task
One of the biggest players in the food industry, who recently opened a new fish processing business, needed to complete an existing production line with conveyor equipment consisting of four different items. In this case study we will talk about one of them, namely the L-shaped conveyor with modular belt.
Solution
KS SPBelt Design Bureau developed a drawing according to the Client's technical task and manufactured an L-shaped conveyor for transportation of fish from one height to another.
For transportation of products under inclination the modular belt with cross flights ML5010 produced by "PO SPBelt" was used. The belt has an open surface for easy maintenance and washing.
Result
The customer received an L-shaped conveyor with modular belt in full compliance with hygienic design rules, which was optimally integrated into the customer's process line.
By installing our modular belt on the equipment, the customer is assured that spare modules and other components will be promptly available at any time if required.
