Task
To make an analog of the German conveyor that can integrate into the Fritsch confectionery production line.
Solution
We made all the necessary measurements and found out that KS SPBelt can produce an analog of the German conveyor by changing only one part of it. Due to the impossibility of supplying the original gearbox, we decided to install two SPBelt brand gearmotors.
In order to work on the knife edge and to reduce product adhesion to the belt surface, a two-layer polyurethane belt Pechora Matt blue was used. To prevent the belt from slipping, the specialists used a rubberized shaft.
To facilitate the washing and cleaning of the equipment, the conveyor design includes a mechanism to loosen the belt at the bend point in the knife edge.
The conveyor has a cantilever design, which greatly simplifies the installation and dismantling of the belt. For mobility the legs are equipped with castors.
Result
The customer received an analog of the German conveyor integrated into the Fritsch confectionery production line on schedule. As a result, he gained independence from European suppliers.
