Task
The client needed to manufacture conveyor and process equipment for a production line for product processing on a fish trawler within a tight deadline.
The main difficulty of the project was the production of equipment for sorting pelagic fish. The European supplier that previously supplied it left our market, and many Russian enterprises had no experience in creating an analog of an imported sorter.
Solution
We came to the customer's vessel, made measurements, developed a solution for the production of an analog of foreign sorting equipment, made drawings, manufactured it in our own production and carried out installation work.
Fish sorting is performed by changing the distance between the rollers depending on the type of sorted raw material. It is possible to adjust the angle of inclination, which allows you to customize the feeding of fish to the sorting device.
Also within the framework of the project, straight and Z-shaped conveyors on modular belts of own production were manufactured.
Result
The customer received the equipment for the process line in full accordance with his needs and objectives within the established timeframe.
The customer noted the high quality of our equipment, paying special attention to the sorting device, which is not inferior to the original, and in certain characteristics even surpasses the imported sorter.
